1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of My Instant Ads, https://myinstantads.com, member accounts, public profiles, advertising features, referral tools, direct-pay features, purchases, and related services.

By registering, logging in, submitting content or advertising, promoting a referral link, purchasing an upgrade, or otherwise using My Instant Ads, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Spam Policy, Earnings Disclaimer, and other rules displayed on the site.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not create or continue using an account.

2. Age and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement to use My Instant Ads.

You may not use the service where doing so would violate laws, restrictions, or requirements applicable to you.

3. One Account Per Member

Each person may maintain only one My Instant Ads account unless written permission is received from Frank Salinas.

Creating or controlling duplicate accounts, using another person's account, providing false information, or attempting to bypass account, advertising, referral, payment, or security controls may result in restriction, suspension, or termination of related accounts.

Accounts, memberships, advertising benefits, referral positions, or other account benefits may not be sold, transferred, shared, or assigned without written approval.

4. Accurate Account Information and Security

You agree to provide accurate and current registration, contact, profile, advertising, referral, and payment-destination information.

You are responsible for protecting your username, password, and account access and for activity performed through your account.

Contact MyInstantAds Support promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

An invalid, abandoned, or repeatedly undeliverable email address may cause certain account functions to be restricted until the address is corrected.

5. Account and Service Emails

By maintaining a My Instant Ads account, you agree that we may send messages reasonably necessary to operate and secure the service.

These messages may include verification emails, password resets, security notices, account-status notices, purchase or fulfillment information, direct-pay or payment notices, policy updates, support replies, and important service announcements.

My Instant Ads is not a safelist. Joining the site does not give other members permission to send unsolicited bulk email to your account email address.

6. What My Instant Ads Provides

My Instant Ads provides members with tools for advertising themselves, their online presence, websites, products, services, affiliate offers, and other permitted destinations.

Available features may include:

• Public member profiles.
• Profile photos and About Me information.
• Website and promotional links.
• Social-media links.
• Banner advertisements.
• Text advertisements.
• Personal referral URLs.
• Direct-pay referral participation when eligible.
• Additional advertising formats introduced in the future.

Free members may use the features provided to free accounts. Upgraded membership levels may receive increased advertising capacity, referral benefits, or other features described on My Instant Ads.

My Instant Ads does not operate through surf-for-credits or traffic-exchange activity.

7. Public Profiles and Member Content

Information you submit to a public profile is intended to be visible to visitors or other members.

This may include your name, profile photo, About Me information, websites, promotional links, social-media links, and advertising.

By submitting content, you confirm that you own the content or have the right to use and display it.

You grant My Instant Ads permission to store, display, format, resize, reproduce, and distribute submitted content as reasonably necessary to operate your profile, advertising, referral pages, and related site features.

Do not publish passwords, confidential financial information, government identification information, private credentials, or other unnecessary sensitive information through public-facing fields.

8. Advertising Requirements

You are responsible for every banner, text advertisement, website, profile image, link, headline, claim, destination URL, and other item submitted through your account.

Advertising must be lawful, reasonably safe for visitors, and suitable for display on My Instant Ads.

The following are prohibited:

• Malware, viruses, spyware, ransomware, or malicious code.
• Phishing pages or attempts to obtain passwords or private information deceptively.
• Forced downloads, browser locking, malicious redirects, or other abusive browser behavior.
• Cookie stuffing, hidden affiliate links, or intentionally deceptive redirects.
• Illegal products, services, activities, or instructions.
• Fraudulent, intentionally deceptive, or misleading advertising.
• Impersonation or false claims of association with another person, company, or organization.
• Threats, harassment, exploitation, or unlawful hate content.
• Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other rights.
• Fake security warnings, fake system messages, or deceptive buttons designed to trick visitors.

My Instant Ads may reject, pause, restrict, or remove advertising that violates these Terms, creates a security concern, receives credible abuse reports, or is otherwise unsuitable for the service.

9. Advertising Delivery and Availability

Banner ads, text ads, and other advertising formats may appear on public pages, member pages, profiles, login or logout pages, referral pages, or other approved placements.

Advertising eligibility and delivery may depend on membership level, account status, qualification requirements, available inventory, rotation rules, campaign status, and other operating settings.

Advertising features and allocations are digital site benefits and generally have no independent cash value unless a specific written offer expressly states otherwise.

Advertising exposure does not guarantee clicks, leads, subscribers, customers, sales, profits, or income.

10. Referral Program

Members may receive a personal referral URL that identifies them as the referring member when another person visits or joins My Instant Ads.

Referral tracking may use cookies, sessions, stored referral information, or other reasonable tracking methods.

Referral credit may be rejected or removed when activity is fraudulent, manipulated, automated, duplicated, self-generated in a prohibited manner, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms.

There is no requirement that another member purchase an upgrade merely because they joined through your referral link.

11. Direct-Pay Referral Program

Certain qualifying purchases may participate in the My Instant Ads direct-pay referral program.

Under the direct-pay system, the payment recipient may vary according to the beneficiary member's current membership level, referral relationship, sale rotation, available payment methods, account status, and current program rules.

Membership level may affect how many qualifying sale positions are assigned to a referring member.

The current membership benefits and direct-pay rotation displayed by My Instant Ads control at the time of the applicable transaction.

The payment destination and instructions displayed during checkout control for that transaction. Buyers should send payment only to the payment destination shown for the selected method.

When checkout directs a buyer to pay another member directly, that payment is made between the buyer and the selected recipient through the applicable outside payment service. My Instant Ads does not possess or control money that was paid directly from one user to another.

Some qualifying transactions may instead be assigned to or collected by My Instant Ads or the site administrator under the applicable rotation or payment rules.

12. Payment Confirmation and Fulfillment

A payment notice, checkout submission, screenshot, transaction claim, or pending payment does not by itself establish that payment was successfully received.

Where payment confirmation is required, related membership fulfillment, referral rotation, sale records, or earnings are finalized only after the applicable payment is approved under the site's payment-confirmation process.

A payment may be rejected when it cannot be verified or when the transaction was cancelled, reversed, refunded, disputed, sent to the wrong payment destination, or otherwise not successfully received.

Members participating as direct-pay recipients are responsible for maintaining accurate payment-destination information.

13. Membership Upgrades

My Instant Ads may offer Free, Pro, Elite, or other membership levels.

The price, advertising limits, direct-pay benefits, profile features, and other benefits displayed with the applicable offer at the time of purchase control that transaction.

Unless a particular offer expressly states otherwise, an upgrade sold as a one-time purchase does not create a scheduled recurring membership charge.

If an offer is expressly described as lifetime membership or lifetime access, that access remains subject to these Terms, account standing, and continued operation of the applicable service.

Paid membership does not exempt a member from advertising, anti-fraud, security, payment, or other site rules.

14. Purchases, Digital Delivery, and Refunds

Membership upgrades, advertising benefits, profile features, and other services provided by My Instant Ads are digital products or services that may be activated or allocated shortly after an applicable payment is approved.

Except where required by applicable law, payment-provider rules, or an express written guarantee included with a specific offer, purchases are considered final after successful fulfillment.

Some purchases may be paid directly to an eligible member selected by the direct-pay rotation. When a payment is made directly to that member, the member is the payment recipient for that transaction.

Contact MyInstantAds Support if assistance is needed with account activation or fulfillment.

Before paying, review the offer, price, membership level, benefits, payment recipient, payment instructions, and any special conditions displayed at checkout.

15. Affiliate and Referral Disclosures

When promoting My Instant Ads or another offer through a referral, affiliate, or compensated relationship, you are responsible for making any disclosure required by applicable advertising rules.

Disclosures should not be hidden or presented in a way that is intentionally misleading.

You may not make false income claims, fabricate testimonials, or guarantee results that are not guaranteed by the applicable offer.

16. Anti-Spam Rules

My Instant Ads maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive or unsolicited promotion.

You may promote your referral link, profile, or advertising through lawful methods and in places where that promotion is permitted.

You may not use harvested contact information, unauthorized bulk email, repeated unsolicited private messages, deceptive subject lines, unauthorized message blasting, or other abusive promotional practices.

If you send commercial email, you are responsible for complying with applicable email and advertising requirements.

Additional requirements are contained in the My Instant Ads Spam Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

17. No Guarantee of Results or Earnings

My Instant Ads provides advertising, profile exposure, referral tools, and promotional features.

We do not guarantee clicks, leads, referrals, qualifying purchases, direct payments, commissions, subscribers, customers, sales, profits, conversion rates, income, or any other business result.

Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your advertising, profile, offer, website, pricing, reputation, promotion, market conditions, and the decisions of individual visitors or buyers.

18. Third-Party Websites and Offers

My Instant Ads displays advertising, profiles, websites, social links, products, services, affiliate offers, and other content submitted by members and third parties.

Displaying an advertisement, profile, or link does not mean that My Instant Ads endorses, guarantees, owns, verifies, or recommends the advertiser, website, product, service, opportunity, or claim.

Third-party websites and payment services operate under their own terms, policies, security practices, and business practices.

Review third-party websites carefully before submitting personal information, downloading anything, joining an offer, or making a purchase.

19. Prohibited Manipulation and Fraud

You may not attempt to manipulate or abuse:

• Advertising impressions or clicks.
• Referral attribution or referral tracking.
• Direct-pay rotation positions.
• Payment confirmation or fulfillment records.
• Membership qualification or account status.
• Statistics, security controls, or abuse-prevention systems.

Bots, scripts, fake accounts, automated activity, false payment claims, artificial referrals, deceptive activity, or other methods intended to obtain benefits improperly are prohibited.

20. Suspension and Termination

My Instant Ads may pause advertising, remove content, restrict features, hold or review fulfillment, suspend an account, or terminate access when we reasonably believe an account is involved in fraud, abuse, malware, spam, payment manipulation, security threats, prohibited content, or violations of these Terms.

Serious fraud, malware, security, payment manipulation, or illegal activity may require immediate action without advance notice.

When an account is terminated for a violation, continued access to membership features, advertising benefits, referral benefits, or other account services may be revoked to the extent permitted by applicable law.

21. Intellectual Property

The My Instant Ads name, branding, original graphics, site design, software, code, documentation, and other materials owned by My Instant Ads or Frank Salinas may not be copied, resold, reproduced, or misrepresented as your own without permission.

Member-submitted trademarks, websites, advertisements, images, and other third-party materials remain the responsibility of the person who submitted them.

22. Service Availability and Changes

My Instant Ads may maintain, repair, secure, improve, add, remove, discontinue, or modify features as the service evolves.

Advertising formats, membership benefits, profile features, referral tools, payment methods, qualification rules, pricing, and other operating details may change.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, hosting issues, software problems, security events, outside service failures, or other circumstances may temporarily affect access or delivery.

23. Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, My Instant Ads, Frank Salinas, and their service providers are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the service, interrupted access, member advertising, third-party websites, outside payment providers, lost profits, lost opportunities, or unauthorized account activity.

My Instant Ads is not responsible for the success or failure of a member's advertising, website, referral promotion, business, product, service, or third-party transaction.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

24. Changes to These Terms

My Instant Ads may revise these Terms to reflect changes to the service, advertising features, membership program, referral program, direct-pay system, payment methods, security practices, business operations, or applicable requirements.

Updated Terms will be posted on https://myinstantads.com with a revised effective date.

Continued use of My Instant Ads after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
