Spam Policy
Please review the information below regarding use of MyInstantAds.
Effective August 19, 2026
Members may promote their public profile, referral link, websites, social-media profiles, products, services, affiliate offers, and other permitted advertising, but they must do so responsibly and lawfully.
My Instant Ads does not authorize members to send spam or unwanted promotional messages.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Spam Policy applies to the promotion of My Instant Ads, member referral links, public profiles, banner advertisements, text advertisements, websites, social links, products, services, affiliate offers, and other promotional material associated with a My Instant Ads account.
This policy applies whether promotion occurs by email, social media, private message, text message, forum post, comment, advertising service, website, messaging application, or another communication method.
2. My Instant Ads Is Not a Safelist
Joining My Instant Ads does not give other members permission to send promotional email to your account email address.
Member email addresses are not provided as a member-to-member safelist for promotional mailing.
Your My Instant Ads membership does not create permission for another member to add you to an unrelated mailing list, autoresponder, newsletter, messaging list, or promotional campaign.
3. Prohibited Spam and Unwanted Promotion
Members may not use spam, abusive messaging, deceptive promotion, or unauthorized bulk communication to promote My Instant Ads or any offer associated with their account.
Prohibited activity includes:
- Sending unsolicited bulk or repetitive promotional email in a manner that violates applicable requirements or recipient opt-out requests.
- Using scraped, harvested, guessed, automatically generated, or improperly obtained email addresses.
- Using purchased, rented, traded, or third-party contact lists where you do not have a lawful basis or permission to use them for the intended promotion.
- Continuing to send promotional messages after a recipient has clearly asked you to stop.
- Sending repeated or unwanted private messages through social media, messaging applications, forums, communities, or other services.
- Posting promotional links where advertisements, referral links, or commercial promotion are prohibited.
- Using automated message blasting, bot messaging, comment spam, mass posting, or similar systems to distribute unwanted promotional content.
- Hiding, falsifying, or misrepresenting the sender or source of a promotional message.
- Using deceptive subject lines, false identities, fake replies, misleading URLs, or disguised destinations.
- Using malware, browser hijacking, forced redirects, malicious downloads, or deceptive software to promote an offer.
4. Commercial Email
If you use email to promote My Instant Ads, your referral link, your profile, or another commercial offer, you are responsible for complying with the laws and requirements that apply to your email campaign and recipients.
Commercial email should use accurate sender and routing information and must not use deceptive subject lines or misleading identities.
Where required, commercial messages must clearly provide the information and disclosures required for that message, including appropriate sender identification, a valid postal address, and a clear method for recipients to stop future marketing messages.
Opt-out requests must be respected within the period required by applicable law. You may not intentionally obstruct, ignore, or defeat a valid unsubscribe request.
You are responsible for the conduct of mailing companies, autoresponders, affiliates, contractors, or other services you use to distribute promotional messages on your behalf.
5. Transactional and Account Messages From My Instant Ads
This Spam Policy does not prevent My Instant Ads from sending messages reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or support a member account.
These may include account verification, password resets, security alerts, login or account-status notices, payment notices, direct-pay notifications, purchase or fulfillment information, support replies, policy updates, and important service announcements.
My Instant Ads may also send promotional information about its own features, advertising opportunities, upgrades, or related services where permitted.
Where a marketing message requires an opt-out mechanism, recipients may use that mechanism to stop future promotional messages while necessary transactional or account-related communications may still be sent.
6. Responsible Referral Promotion
Members may promote their personal My Instant Ads referral URL through lawful and appropriate advertising channels.
Examples may include:
- Your own website or blog.
- Your own social-media profiles.
- Advertising services that permit referral or affiliate links.
- Forums or communities that expressly permit promotion.
- Permission-based email marketing.
- Direct communication where the recipient has requested the information.
- Other lawful advertising channels that permit the promotion.
You are responsible for reviewing and following the rules of any third-party platform or advertising service you use.
7. Direct-Pay Referral Promotion
My Instant Ads may offer eligible members participation in a direct-pay referral program.
The possibility of receiving a direct payment does not permit or justify spam, mass unsolicited messages, deceptive promotion, or abusive referral activity.
Members may not claim that a person is guaranteed to receive direct payments, sales, profits, commissions, or income simply by joining, upgrading, referring others, or placing advertisements.
Any promotion of the direct-pay program must accurately describe the offer and must not misrepresent membership benefits, sale rotation, payment requirements, or potential results.
8. Social Media and Private Messages
Social-media promotion must comply with the rules of the platform where the promotion appears.
Do not repeatedly post the same promotional message where doing so is prohibited or disruptive.
Do not send repeated unsolicited promotional private messages, friend requests containing spam, automated direct messages, or unwanted promotional replies.
If a group, page, forum, community, or discussion prohibits advertising or referral links, do not use that location to promote My Instant Ads.
9. Misleading or Deceptive Promotion
Spam is not limited to the number of messages sent. Deceptive or intentionally misleading promotion may also violate this policy.
You may not:
- Use a false identity to promote My Instant Ads.
- Pretend to represent My Instant Ads or Frank Salinas when you do not.
- Use misleading subject lines, headlines, buttons, or links.
- Hide the true destination of a referral or advertising link in a deceptive manner.
- Make false claims about membership benefits or advertising delivery.
- Make false or guaranteed earnings claims.
- Use fake testimonials, fabricated payment screenshots, or false representations of member results.
10. Member Advertising Must Not Promote Spam Services
Banner ads, text ads, member profiles, websites, and other advertising submitted to My Instant Ads may not knowingly promote services primarily designed for abusive spam or unlawful collection of contact information.
This includes advertising for:
- Email-address harvesting or scraping services.
- Unauthorized bulk-message blasting systems.
- Tools designed primarily to bypass unsubscribe requests.
- Malware or deceptive browser-notification systems.
- Phishing or credential-harvesting services.
- Other systems primarily intended to facilitate abusive spam.
11. Advertising and Referral Manipulation
Members may not use bots, fake accounts, automated activity, or deceptive systems to manufacture referrals, advertising impressions, clicks, payment activity, or other benefits.
Members may not combine spam with fraudulent referral or direct-pay activity in an attempt to manipulate account benefits or payment rotation.
12. Complaints and Investigations
My Instant Ads may investigate credible spam complaints, abusive promotions, deceptive advertisements, or other suspected violations.
During an investigation, we may temporarily pause advertising, restrict referral features, restrict payment-related functionality, or limit account access when reasonably necessary to protect the service and its users.
We may request information reasonably necessary to investigate a complaint, such as a copy of a message, message headers, screenshots, URLs, timestamps, or information about how a recipient was contacted.
13. Enforcement
Accounts involved in serious or repeated spam, abusive promotion, deceptive messaging, malware, fraud, or other violations may have advertising removed, features restricted, or account access suspended or terminated.
Referral credit, direct-pay benefits, membership benefits, or other account advantages connected to fraudulent or prohibited activity may be reviewed, reversed, or denied where appropriate.
Serious abuse, security threats, phishing, malware, fraud, or repeated violations may result in immediate action without advance notice.
14. Responsibility for Your Promotion
You are responsible for how you advertise My Instant Ads, your referral link, your public profile, and your own offers.
My Instant Ads cannot control every message, post, advertisement, or communication made independently by a member.
Members are responsible for complying with applicable rules, advertising requirements, email requirements, and third-party platform policies when promoting their links or offers.
15. Report Spam or Abuse
