My Instant Ads is an advertising and referral platform where members can promote their websites, affiliate offers, products and businesses.

Members can create banner ads, text ads, website listings and a personalized promotional profile, then share their personal referral link.

Yes. You can create a Free account, set up your profile and begin adding your advertising without making a payment.

No. You do not need to surf websites, earn traffic credits, trade impressions or maintain an advertising balance.

Your advertising is included with your membership.

You can advertise legitimate websites, affiliate programs, products, services and online business opportunities.

All advertising must comply with the My Instant Ads terms and policies.

My Instant Ads does not deduct advertising credits every time one of your eligible ads is displayed. There is no impression balance to purchase, earn or maintain.

Your active, approved and qualified ads can continue receiving network exposure without an impression balance running out.

Unlimited advertising does not guarantee a specific number of impressions, clicks, referrals or sales.

My Instant Ads is designed to activate compliant member advertising quickly.

All advertising remains subject to review. Ads that violate the rules or create a security or quality concern may be paused or removed.

Yes. You can add, edit, pause, reactivate or delete your advertising from the advertising manager.

Pausing an ad does not delete it.

Yes. You can promote different websites, affiliate programs, products and businesses up to the limits included with your membership.

New members receive an initial 30-day advertising grace period.

After the grace period, your ads remain eligible for rotation throughout the My Instant Ads network while you have at least 100 verified unique referral visitors during the rolling previous 30 days.

Yes. The 100 verified unique visitor qualification applies to Free, Pro and Elite members.

Upgrading gives you more advertising positions, stronger benefits and a larger share of the direct-pay rotation. It does not remove the network advertising qualification.

It is not based on a calendar month.

The system looks back at your most recent 30 days of verified unique referral traffic. As older visitors leave the window, new verified visitors can replace them.

A verified unique referral visitor is a legitimate visitor recorded through your personal My Instant Ads referral link.

Repeated visits from the same person do not continue counting as new unique visitors. Artificial, automated or fraudulent traffic should not be used and may not qualify.

After your initial grace period, your ads pause from general community and network-wide rotation if your rolling 30-day total falls below 100 verified unique visitors.

Your ads are not deleted. Once you qualify again, your active and approved ads automatically become eligible for network rotation again.

Yes. Your active banner ads and approved text ads can continue appearing in your personal advertising section when someone visits your referral link.

The 100-visitor qualification controls whether your ads rotate throughout the wider My Instant Ads network.

It does not remove your advertising from the personal referral page you are actively promoting. You can keep sharing your page, showing your ads and working toward network qualification.

Your ads remain stored unless you delete them or they are removed for a policy violation.

If you fall below the qualification after your grace period, your ads pause from community rotation. Your active and approved ads can still appear on your own personal referral page.

When you qualify again, your eligible ads automatically return to network rotation.

Qualified community member ads may also appear in the community advertising section.

Yes. Your websites and offers are part of your personal promotional presence.

They are not traffic exchange campaigns and do not require credits, surfing, frame checking or traffic balances.

Your referral link and promotional materials are available in the Promote My Instant Ads section of your account.

Yes. Available promotional materials may include:

• Promotional email copy
• Banner ads
• Text ads
• Short promotional snippets
• Your personal referral link
• Your profile and advertising page

Some promotional materials automatically insert your name and referral link when copied from your account.

The Downline Builder helps members discover and join additional programs promoted by the My Instant Ads community.

Active programs are ranked by the number of members who have filled in their information, not by a basic voting system.

Every My Instant Ads member receives a public profile, advertising space and a personal referral link. Upgrading lets you promote more, receive greater exposure and keep more of the qualifying direct sales you generate.

Your membership determines how many qualifying Pro and Elite membership upgrade sales in each four-sale rotation are member-owned positions.

A member-owned position is a position where you may receive a qualifying Pro or Elite membership upgrade payment.

If you configured the payment method selected by the buyer, the buyer pays you directly and you receive 100% of that payment.

An Admin-owned position belongs to Admin as part of the rotation included with your membership.

Payments generated during an Admin-owned position are paid to Admin and do not create a member commission.

Your rotation advances only after a payment is approved.

It does not advance when someone only views the checkout, selects a payment method or submits an unconfirmed payment notice.

The payment must be confirmed by the person who received it.

Members confirm payments sent directly to them. Admin confirms payments sent to Admin.

Available methods may include:

• PayPal
• Cash App
• Zelle
• Wise
• Venmo
• Skrill
• Bitcoin
• Litecoin

The methods shown depend on the payment options available for that position.

You can add your payment information in the Payment Settings section.

You may also enable Admin fallback for methods you have not configured.

If Admin receives a member-owned payment on your behalf through Admin fallback, you are owed 75% and Admin retains 25% for processing.

If fallback is disabled, a blank payment method will not be offered for your member-owned position.

Yes. Pro and Elite are one-time permanent membership upgrades with no recurring membership charge.

The current price and any available joining discount will be displayed on the applicable offer or upgrade page.

Yes. Free members can upgrade to Pro or Elite from inside the members area. Pro members can upgrade to Elite.

Special joining prices or early offers may not remain available after you enter the members area.

You do not have to recruit someone simply to keep your account open.

Promoting your referral link is how you generate verified referral visitors, work toward network advertising qualification and create opportunities for direct-pay Pro and Elite upgrade sales.

No. My Instant Ads provides advertising tools, promotional exposure and a direct-pay membership structure.

It cannot guarantee a specific number of impressions, clicks, referrals, payments, sales or earnings.

Yes. My Instant Ads may pause advertising or restrict an account when necessary to enforce site policies, protect members, prevent fraud or address security concerns.

Use the support link provided inside My Instant Ads or in the website footer.

Include your username and a clear description of the issue so your request can be reviewed as quickly as possible.
