1. Advertising Exposure Is Not a Guarantee

Banner impressions, text-ad impressions, profile exposure, referral page exposure, advertising placements, clicks, and other promotional activity represent advertising delivery or display activity only.

Receiving an impression, profile view, advertisement view, or click does not guarantee that a visitor will remain on your page, follow you on social media, join your list, submit a form, make a purchase, become a customer, or take any other action.

Advertising results may depend on many factors outside the control of My Instant Ads, including your offer, website, advertising copy, graphics, reputation, pricing, follow-up, market demand, competition, audience, and visitor interest.

Free advertising, paid membership, increased advertising capacity, or additional promotional features do not guarantee better results or any particular level of response.

2. No Guaranteed Direct-Pay Earnings

My Instant Ads may provide eligible members with an opportunity to participate in a direct-pay referral program.

Under the direct-pay program, certain qualifying purchases may be assigned to an eligible referring member according to the member's current membership level, referral relationship, sale rotation, payment-method availability, account status, and current program rules.
